Initial Requests

We begin the process based on the type of customer.

  • Commercial - General Contractors and small businesses invite us to bid on projects.
  • Residential/Restoration – potential customers request an estimate.

Step 2

Create Project Bids

  • Review Drawings and project information.
  • Utilize estimating software to derive a quote.
  • Visit project sites for measurements and photos.

Step 3

Planning and Procurement

  • Contracts and Proposals awarded and signed.
  • Provide submittals to contractors.
  • Develop Material requirements and purchase orders.

Step 4

Installation

  • Scheduling with contractors and other customers.
  • The installation timeframe can run from 1 day to several months depending on the projects’ scope and complexity.
